Brenner starter variation: beef tartare, octopus salad and antipasti
Lobster Bisque with seared lobster meat and root vegetables
Fillet of beef from Argentinian Black Angus or exquisite Yellow Fin tuna from the grill
Brenner dessert parade with tiramisu, chocolate mousse, Valrhôna tartlets and panna cotta
